What does Clever Recruiting do?

We are a Danish recruitment and staffing agency. We supply pre-screened workers to companies in transport, farming, hospitality, construction, mechanics and cleaning, and we match job seekers with those employers free of charge.

Which industries do you recruit for?

Transport and delivery, agriculture, hotels and restaurants, construction, mechanics and workshops, and cleaning. We also run an outsourced call center service through clevercallcenter.dk.

Is it free for job seekers?

Yes, always. Candidates never pay us anything. The employers pay for the recruitment, which is how the industry works in Denmark and how it should work.

How fast can you supply staff?

For roles we staff regularly, such as drivers, cleaners and site helpers, we usually present candidates within a few days. Specialist roles take longer, and we tell you which one yours is at the first conversation.

Do you cover all of Denmark?

Yes. We place people across Zealand, Funen and Jutland, including Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg and the towns around them.

How do you screen candidates?

Every candidate is interviewed, their experience and documents are checked, and we go through the actual terms of the job with them before we put them forward. The people you meet have already accepted your shifts and your location.

What does it cost an employer?

It depends on the role, the volume and whether it is temporary or permanent. Describe what you need and you get a clear, written quote before anything starts.

Do you help candidates from other EU countries?

Yes. A large part of our candidate base comes from elsewhere in the EU, and we help with the Danish paperwork, including tax card, NemKonto and the documentation employers ask for.
