These terms cover your use of this website. They are deliberately short. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under Danish law.
Who runs this site
This site is operated by CR Recruiting Group ApS, CVR 46664426, Låddenhøj 127A, st 404, 4000 Roskilde, Denmark. You can reach us at hr@clever-recruiting.dk.
Applying is free
It is free to apply for work through us, and it always will be. Danish law does not allow a recruitment agency to charge a job seeker for finding them work, and we do not. Our fee is paid by the employer. If anyone ever asks you for money on our behalf, it is not us — tell us immediately.
What we do and do not promise
- We will read your application and come back to you.
- We will only put you forward for roles you are eligible for and have agreed to.
- We cannot promise you a job, an interview, a particular wage, or a start date. Those are the employer's decisions, not ours.
- Job descriptions on this site describe the kind of work our client employers hire for. They are not offers of employment, and the details of any actual role are agreed between you and that employer.
What we need from you
- The information you give us has to be true. Employers rely on it, and so do we.
- Only upload a CV and documents that are yours to share.
- You must be legally allowed to work in Denmark, or willing to work with us on getting the right permits.
- Do not use the site to send spam, to break into anything, or to scrape it at a scale that affects other people using it.
Your data
What happens to the personal data you send us is described in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.
The content on this site
The text, layout, logos and images on this site belong to CR Recruiting Group ApS or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share pages. You may not republish substantial parts of the site as your own, or use our name or logo to suggest a partnership that does not exist.
Photographs on these sites are used under the licence they were published under. Credits are kept in our source repository.
Links to other sites
Where we link to an employer, an authority or another website, we do not control what is on it and we are not responsible for it.
Liability
We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or never go down.
We are liable for damage we cause in accordance with the general rules of Danish law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost earnings, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or anything caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and nothing limits your rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is from 2026-08-10; the version in force is always the one published here.
Law and jurisdiction
Danish law applies. If we cannot resolve a dispute between us, it goes to the Danish courts, with Retten i Roskilde as the court of first instance. As a consumer you can also bring a complaint before the relevant Danish complaints board.
